    Slime riding a chicken? Id be happy to help with a watermelon stand in Frog park. I already tried one out in single player. Just a watermelon pixel art with a little house holding it up that dispenses watermelon when you walk up to it/go inside.

    Minecraft measures in meters (One meter is one block). So for instance 5000 blocks is 5 kilometers which is around 3.2 miles.
