I’m sitting at 68% because I’m still waiting a bit for craftbukkit and plugins to mature and stabilize. But we also have to finalize our decision on how to generate new terrain.

I take it WorldGuard regen is still buggy as all get out?

Other than that, take whatever time needed. Kitties are cool and all, but they’re just wolves that scare creepers and the 256 height is really a fun paper fact than a necessity for most of us ;).

I actually have three buildings that are half built thanks to the height limit and I would like the finish them. The cats I don’t really care about but I would like to play around with the jungle biome a bit.

What I think is happening might not be WorldEdit’s fault, necessarily. I think new generation just doesn’t get sent to the client properly. So you have to relog to see the proper output.

I’m about 80% sure what I’m going to do about new terrain, I’m just not happy it. What I’m going to have to do is warn people not to build on top of chunk tears, set some regions temporarily in those zones and fix them as I can. I don’t think worldedit can edit biomes yet, so sadface there.

I finally finished repairing and patching up Delta and Gamma with the current terrain generation, so it’s probably ready. I’ll probably do it late tomorrow night.

WorldEdit can not, but BioMan uses the WorldEdit selection tool to select a chunk and change the biome to your choice. I had good luck with it today (only ran into trouble once, and I think that was a muck up on my part), might be worth looking in to?
