If you take a look at the full image, you can see how clean things can get when you turn on 4xAA + Texture Anti-Aliasing (4xSuperSample) in the Nvidia Control Panel. Makes for very clean screenshots, far less “twinkle” when moving too. I tried tons of options and mods, but those settings turned out to be the best.
On Optifine I also have Normal + 32 view distance, 0.6 fancy fog… though this shot may have had 0.2 fog. 0.2 is great when you want a atmospheric look. 0.6 is good when you just want to blend non-loaded chunks with loaded chunks.
